Oklahoma City Thunder backup point guard Eric Maynor has had successful surgery to repair a right knee injury that will keep him out for the season. Maynor was hurt during the fourth quarter of Oklahoma City's win at Houston on Jan. 7. Nets sign Larry Owens from D-League
The New Jersey Nets have signed forward Larry Owens. General manager Billy King announced the moves on Wednesday. Owens has been playing for the Tulsa 66ers of the D-League. He has appeared in 12 career NBA games during the 2010-11 season with San Antonio and Washington, averaging 3.3 points and 1.3 rebounds. He's averaging 13.2 points, 5.2 rebounds this season with Tulsa.
