The hosts opened the second half with four points in a row to get closer but CSKA quickly restored a safe 10-point buffer. The visitors ensured a 59:50 lead with one quarter remaining.
CSKA tipped off the fourth term with eight points in a row. Khimky could not recover in the reminder of the contest and had to surrender at the end. Viktor Khryapa (204-F/G-82) provided 12 points and 6 rebounds, while Alexey Shved added 11 points in the victory. Vitaly Fridzon replied with 14 points for Khimky. Sergey Monya (203-F-83) delivered 9 points and 11 rebounds in the loss.
