Salva Maldonado has been officially named as the new head coach of Joventut Badalona team, the club has announced today. Maldonado comes from Fuenlabrada, where he spent the last two seasons and led the team to the ACB playoffs. Maldonado comes back to Badalona after a long period, almost 20 years; he was the assistant coach of Pedro Martinez in the U-18 team of Joventut in 1991. The Club will present him oficially tomorrow at 12:15 hours.
