CAI Zaragoza officially announced the arrival of Panamanian center Ruben Garcés for the next season. Garcés, who posesses Spanish passport and won't count as an import in CAI's roster, comes to Zaragoza after a long and succesful stage in Spain (Pamesa Valencia, Estudiantes, Breogán Lugo and Fórum Valladolid).
