Pedro Martinez has made a return to his former club Gran Canaria as head coach for the next two seasons having been head coach. Having guided Cajasol to a remarkable escape last season only to be replaced by Joan Plaza, he in gturn replaces Coach Salvo Maldonato at Granca who guided the Yellows to the play-off quarter finals. Martinez is aware he will have another big task ahead of him admitting he is aware of the financial constraints he will be working under but didn't need to think about saying yes for very long.
